Thank you Christine! I have been pretty terrible about that because when my dad would bring up the scriptures and would apply or interpret them incorrectly, I would explain to him what is really said. As I'm talking, he makes this face where he closes his eyes, like he's blocking me out. Then he shakes his head and startst to explain what he thinks.
As much as I've asked the Lord to let someone else do this job, lol, and for my dad to not ask me anymore questions (terrible huh?), I see the Lord has me where He wants me with this.
And what is cool everyone, is that when I'm explaining the truth to my dad, the words just flow out, (thank You Lord!!) I don't have to think about what I'm saying. I noticed that!
I have a short attention span
and if something is not interesting to me, I'll space out and think about other things. But with the Grace teachings, it's like I hear everything and retain it. When I would hear teachings at the churches I used to go to, the teachings were not interesting at all. They were so dry! Well, that's my testimony.
I do believe the Lord is doing something with my dad.
